Summary
This study aims to understand the immediate physical and mental effects of a substance called 5-MeO-DMT when given to healthy people. Forty participants will receive either the substance or a placebo through an IV, and researchers will closely monitor their vital signs, feelings, and experiences. The goal is to gather basic safety data and learn how the body processes the substance, not to treat any condition.
