NCT ID NCT07151573
First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether doing five simple actions each day, with daily text reminders, can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. 410 adults in Norway with mild to moderate symptoms will be randomly assigned to the five-actions group, a gratitude group, or a waiting list. The goal is to see if this low-cost, scalable approach works as well in Norway as it did in Australia.
