Can five daily texts ease your mind? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07151573
Summary
This study is testing whether a simple program of daily text reminders can help people manage symptoms of anxiety and depression. It compares two approaches: one encouraging five specific daily habits and another encouraging gratitude practice, both against a group that waits. The goal is to see if these low-cost, text-based reminders can effectively improve mental well-being for people in Norway.
