First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at whether special CT scans (4DCT) can help doctors avoid giving too much radiation to healthy parts of the lungs during lung cancer treatment. Researchers will compare two types of radiation plans using data from 202 patients who already had treatment. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce lung damage without affecting cancer control.
