Summary
This study tests whether a cream made from 4-aminopyridine (4-AP) can help second-degree burns heal faster and with less scarring. About 200 adults with fresh burns will receive the cream or a placebo. The goal is to see if the treatment reduces the need for skin grafts and improves recovery.
