Summary

This study tests whether a drug called 4-aminopyridine (4-AP) can help second-degree burns heal faster and with less scarring. About 200 adults with fresh burns will receive the drug or a placebo. The goal is to see if 4-AP improves healing and reduces the need for skin grafts.
