Summary
This is the first human study of an experimental oral drug called 3D185 for adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug in a small group of 42 participants. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help control the cancer.
