Summary
This early-stage trial tests a combination of chemotherapy (FOLFOX), a blood-vessel blocker (bevacizumab), and two immunotherapy drugs (botensilimab and balstilimab) in 20 people with a type of advanced colorectal cancer called MSS that has spread. The goal is to see if this mix is safe and can shrink tumors or slow the disease. Participants must have stable health and a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
