First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 34 times

Summary

This study looks at 180 people who had a benign thyroid nodule treated with radiofrequency heat ablation three years ago. Researchers want to see how the nodule looks on ultrasound and under a microscope to create a new guide for spotting cancer in treated nodules. The goal is to improve follow-up care and avoid unnecessary biopsies.
