Summary
This study tests a program called the 3 Wishes Project in safety-net hospitals, which serve diverse and disadvantaged patients. The program helps fulfill dying patients' final wishes to improve their end-of-life experience and support grieving families. About 900 patients and their families will take part, and researchers will measure how the program affects emotional and spiritual support.
