Brain-Mapping ultrasound could sharply reduce hand tremors

Summary
This study tests whether a 3-D brain imaging technique can make focused ultrasound more precise for treating essential tremor. About 24 people with moderate to severe tremor that hasn't responded to medication will receive the procedure. The goal is to reduce tremor and check for side effects, with follow-up at 3 months.
