Summary
This study tested whether a natural sugar called 2'-fucosyllactose (2FL) is safe and helpful for people receiving a bone marrow transplant. The goal was to see if it could improve gut health, reduce harmful bacteria, and lower the risk of infections and graft-versus-host disease. The study included 70 participants of all ages who were scheduled for a transplant.
