Summary

This study tests a new drug (177Lu-NeoB) that delivers radiation directly to cancer cells, combined with the chemotherapy capecitabine, in people with a specific type of advanced breast cancer (ER+/HER2-) that has stopped responding to hormone therapy and a CDK4/6 inhibitor. The trial has two parts: first, finding the safest dose, and second, checking how well the treatment shrinks tumors. About 58 adults will take part.
