Summary
This study tests a radioactive drug called 177Lu-DOTA-EB-TATE in 18 adults with a rare thyroid cancer (Hurthle cell) that has spread and no longer responds to standard radioactive iodine treatment. The drug targets a protein found in high amounts on these cancer cells. Participants receive four infusions over several months and are monitored for safety and tumor response.
