Summary
This study checks in on mothers and their children 12 years after the original TOP study, which tested a healthy lifestyle program during pregnancy for women with obesity. Researchers want to see if the program had any lasting effects on body composition, metabolism, and overall health. About 497 families are invited to participate, with no new treatments involved—just observation and measurements.
