Summary
This study analyzed 10 years of anonymous French health records to understand how doctors treat common lung infections like pneumonia and bronchitis in everyday practice. It looked at over 230,000 adult patients to see what treatments were prescribed and how patients fared in the month after their visit. The goal is to learn from real-world data to help improve care and guide better antibiotic use.
