New HIV drug trial halted early – what happened?

This study tested an experimental HIV drug called VH3739937 in 21 adults with HIV who had never taken HIV medication before. The goal was to see how well the drug lowered the virus level in the blood over a short time. The trial was stopped early, and results are limited.
