New powder dressing shows promise for healing diabetic foot sores

This study tested a special powder dressing against standard bandages for healing diabetic foot ulcers. 135 adults with diabetes and foot sores that had lasted at least 30 days took part. The goal was to see if the powder helped wounds close faster and more completely.
