Could a simple hormone boost pregnancy chances for overweight women?

This study looks at whether giving a low dose of the hormone HCG can improve the chance of having a baby for overweight women who use frozen embryos in a natural cycle. About 750 women will take part. The goal is to see if this extra hormone support helps more women give birth.
