  • New strip drug targets debilitating itch in rare liver disease

    This Phase 2a trial tests TH104, a nalmefene strip placed inside the cheek, for moderate to severe itching in primary biliary cholangitis (PBC). About 40 adults with PBC will receive either TH104 or a placebo to see if it safely reduces itch. The study is not yet recruiting.
