New inhaled therapy aims to slow lung transplant rejection

This study tests an inhaled drug called LAM-001 in 30 lung transplant patients who have developed chronic rejection (BOS). Participants will inhale LAM-001 or a placebo daily for 48 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can slow the decline in lung function.
