Iron boost may make vaccines more effective in kenyan infants

This study looks at whether giving iron to babies with low iron helps their bodies respond better to malaria and measles vaccines. About 324 infants in Kenya will take part. The goal is to see if treating iron deficiency can improve how well the vaccines protect them.
