Flatfoot fix Face-Off: which surgery wins for teens?

This study compares two surgical techniques for treating flexible flatfoot in adolescents aged 10 to 17. One method uses a locking wedge plate, the other a synthetic PEEK cage. The goal is to see which leads to better recovery, fewer complications, and improved foot function.
