Canadian trial tests monkeypox drug in outpatients

This study tests whether the drug tecovirimat helps non-hospitalized adults with monkeypox heal faster. About 120 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo. The goal is to see if the drug speeds up skin lesion recovery and if such a trial is practical in Canada.
