New patch could replace finger sticks for ketone and glucose monitoring

This study tests a new microneedle patch that measures ketones and glucose continuously in people with type 1 diabetes. Ten participants will wear the patch while their insulin pump is paused for three hours. The goal is to see if the patch readings match standard blood tests.
