New Antibody-Drug conjugate enters early human trials for advanced cancers

This Phase 1 trial tests MST-168, an antibody-drug conjugate designed to target and kill cancer cells. It will enroll 420 adults with advanced solid tumors that have specific markers. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see early signs of tumor shrinkage.
