Could a common painkiller be safer for Preemies' hearts?

This study tested if paracetamol works as well as ibuprofen to close a common heart blood vessel (PDA) in 133 premature babies. Both drugs aim to close the vessel without surgery. The goal is to find which treatment is safer and more effective for these fragile infants.
