This study tests whether a special PET/CT scan (68Ga-FAPI) can accurately tell if breast cancer remains in the armpit lymph nodes after chemotherapy. About 150 women who have finished at least 3 rounds of treatment will get the scan before surgery. If the scan works well, it may …
