Veterans test CBD for pain relief in new study

This study tests whether cannabidiol (CBD), a compound from cannabis, can ease chronic pain in 468 veterans. Participants take either CBD or a placebo for 28 days and report their pain levels. The goal is to see if CBD improves pain symptoms better than a dummy pill.
