CrossFit injury patterns revealed in island study

This study aimed to track injuries in people doing CrossFit in Reunion Island. Over 500 participants filled out questionnaires about their injuries at the start and every three months for a year. The goal was to learn where, how, and why injuries happen during CrossFit training.
