New eye drop aims to soothe dry eyes better than artificial tears

This study tests a new eye drop called BRM421 in 99 adults with dry eye disease. It compares BRM421 to standard artificial tears over 6 weeks to see if it is safer and more effective at reducing eye damage and discomfort. The goal is to find a better way to ease dry eye symptoms.
