Can an old antibiotic ease dementia in Parkinson's?

This study tests whether ceftriaxone, an antibiotic, can improve thinking and memory in people with mild to moderate Parkinson's disease dementia. About 100 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo. The goal is to see if it slows cognitive decline.
