Brain-Wave device may stop Kids' Post-Surgery agitation
Symptom relief Not yet recruitingThis study tests whether using a special brain monitor (DSA) during anesthesia can reduce agitation when children wake up. About 80 kids aged 6-12 will be randomly assigned to standard monitoring or DSA. Their agitation levels will be measured for 30 minutes after surgery.
