Timing of eye membrane peeling may affect complication risk after retinal detachment surgery
Knowledge-focused Recruiting nowThis study looks at 100 people with uncomplicated retinal detachment who need surgery. Doctors will peel a thin membrane from the back of the eye either during the first surgery or later when silicone oil is removed. The goal is to see which timing leads to fewer complications.
