Yoga as therapy? new study tests if poses can ease ADHD and PTSD in teens

This study tests if a special type of yoga, called trauma-adapted yoga, can help teenagers with ADHD or PTSD. About 180 teens will either do yoga plus their usual care or just their usual care. Researchers will check if yoga improves symptoms like stress, focus, and pain.
