Acupuncture needles take on sickle cell pain
Symptom relief OngoingThis study looks at whether acupuncture can reduce pain in people with sickle cell disease. Researchers will use brain scans and other tests to understand how acupuncture works. About 60 people aged 14 to 80 with sickle cell disease and chronic pain will take part.

Acupuncture colic study pulled before it began
Symptom relief TerminatedThis study aimed to test whether acupuncture could help babies with colic cry less. It planned to enroll 128 infants aged 2-9 weeks and compare acupuncture to no acupuncture. However, the study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled, so no results are available.
