A parasitic infection caused by the nematode Mansonella, including M. ozzardi, M. perstans (Dipetalonema perstans), and M. streptocerca (Dipetalonema streptocerca). Signs and symptoms include pruritus, headache, fever, arthralgias, and eosinophilia.
