MONDO:0012635The CDG (Congenital Disorders of Glycosylation) syndromes are a group of autosomal recessive disorders affecting glycoprotein synthesis. CDG syndrome type IIh is characterized by severe psychomotor retardation, failure to thrive and intolerance to wheat and dairy products.
