Summary

This study tests an experimental oral drug called a TYK2 inhibitor for people with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. About 140 adults will receive either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug can reduce psoriasis severity by at least 75%.
