Summary
This early-stage trial is testing whether combining two drugs—teclistamab and mezigdomide—is safe and effective for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to prior treatments. About 18 participants will receive the drugs in a specific sequence. The main goal is to check for serious side effects, and researchers will also measure how well the cancer responds.
