New drug SYS6043 shows promise for Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This study tests a new drug called SYS6043 in people with advanced or spreading solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The drug targets a protein on cancer cells to deliver chemotherapy directly. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it can shrink tumors. About 820 adults aged 18-75 will take part.
