New cocktail aims to turn inoperable stomach cancer into operable tumors

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of three drugs (RC48, sintilimab, and SOX) can shrink advanced stomach cancer enough to allow surgical removal. It includes 30 adults with a specific type of HER2-positive cancer who have not had prior treatment. The goal is to see how many patients can then have successful surgery with no cancer left behind.
