Summary

This study tests whether adding probiotics (good bacteria) to standard chemoradiation and immunotherapy can help people with limited-stage small cell lung cancer live longer without the disease getting worse. About 60 adults aged 18-80 will take part. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and improves treatment response.
