New study tests antifungal drug in infants

Summary
This study is testing the drug posaconazole in babies under 2 years old who have a serious fungal infection. The goal is to see how the drug moves through their bodies and if it is safe. About 40 babies will receive the drug either through an IV or as a liquid they drink. The results will help doctors figure out the right dose for this age group.
