New drug combo shows promise in Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This study tests a new drug called NUC-7738, given alone or with another drug (pembrolizumab), in people with advanced solid tumors or lymphoma that haven't responded to other treatments. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. About 135 adults will take part.
