New hope for lung cancer patients with KRAS mutation: targeted drug MK-1084 under study

Summary
This study tests a new targeted therapy, MK-1084, for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific genetic change called KRAS G12C. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink tumors. About 130 participants will receive the drug, and researchers will monitor side effects and how well the cancer responds.
