Summary

This study tests whether a nature-based healing meditation can help friends and family caregivers cope with grief after losing a loved one to cancer. Researchers will enroll 70 adults who cared for a cancer patient and are now bereaved. Participants will try the meditation and report on its feasibility, their grief levels, and quality of life.
