First seen Mar 18, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a low-dose chemotherapy drug (cyclophosphamide) to an immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) can shrink tumors in people with advanced melanoma that has stopped responding to standard immunotherapy. About 14 adults with stage III or IV melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery will receive the combination. The goal is to see if the tumors shrink and to monitor side effects.
