New study reveals hidden fertility risks of modern melanoma drugs

Summary
This study follows 270 women under 40 who have had melanoma removed and are now taking newer drugs (targeted therapy or immunotherapy) to prevent the cancer from coming back. Researchers want to see if these drugs harm the ovaries by measuring a hormone called AMH before and after treatment. The goal is to help doctors and patients decide whether to consider fertility preservation options.
