New hope for young transplant patients: maribavir trial targets CMV

Summary
This study tests a drug called maribavir for children and teens who have a CMV infection after a stem cell or organ transplant. About 80 participants will take the drug for 8 weeks and be followed for 12 more weeks. The goal is to find the safest dose and see how well it controls the virus.
